Heather Agosta and Chuck Bauman were inspired while sipping tea in southern Spain, and it ignited their passion to bring this feeling and product back to Portland. Their teas are all hand blended in North Portland.

Bird Song Oolong: this soft, elegant, organic tea is perfect for welcoming the return of spring and sunshine. The base is a Wu-yi varietal oolong, grown at low elevations in central Taiwan. This lightly oxidized and roasted tea offers floral and herbaceous notes. The flavor is heightened with fragrant rose petals, chamomile blossoms, and fruity lemon balm. Delicious as a light hot tea, it also makes an exceptionally refreshing iced tea, served with a slice of lemon. 2.0 oz.
